Issue of new ordinary shares

 

As a result of the 2022 US/Canada Employee Stock Purchase Plan maturation,  the Company confirms that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 1,007,211 new ordinary shares to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to take place at 8.00am on 12 July 2024.

 

Following the admission of these shares, the total number of ordinary shares of 0.375p each in the capital of the Company in issue will be 792,167,233 with each share carrying the right to one vote.

 

179,340 shares are held in LTG's Employee Benefit Trust. Voting rights and dividend entitlements have been waived for those shares. The figure of 791,987,893 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
