Planet Coaster 2 revealed for release in FY25
Frontier Developments plc (AIM: FDEV, 'Frontier', the 'Group' or the 'Company'), a leading developer and publisher of videogames based in Cambridge, UK, has announced Planet Coaster 2, the highly anticipated follow-up to 2016's critically acclaimed Planet Coaster. Planet Coaster 2 launches autumn 2024 (in Frontier's FY25) on PC, PlayStation®5, and Xbox Series X|S.
Building upon Planet Coaster, the previous genre-defining creative management simulation, Planet Coaster 2 is the ultimate theme park experience with gripping rides, spectacular slides, enhanced management and more creativity than ever. With incredible attractions, stunning scenery and authentic management, players must provide their guests with an unforgettable day out as they put their creativity and business acumen to the test across three engaging game modes.

Frontier has previously confirmed three CMS games for release over the next three consecutive financial years: the reveal of Planet Coaster 2 confirms the title of the game for release in FY25; the third Jurassic World game confirmed on 9 May 2024 is scheduled for FY26; and a third, unannounced CMS game is planned for FY27.
