Contango Holdings Plc, a company focused on unlocking value from the +2 billion tonne Muchesu coal project in Zimbabwe ("Muchesu"), announces that it will hold the Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the Company ('AGM') at 12.00p.m. GMT on 29 November 2024 at The Clubhouse, 8 St James's Square, London, SW1Y 4JU.
