Notice is hereby given that the Twentieth Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 1 Royal Plaza, Royal Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2HL, Channel Islands on Tuesday 10 December 2024 at 12 noon.
The Notice of the AGM, together with the Annual Financial Report for the year ended 30 June 2024 will shortly be posted to shareholders. The Notice of the AGM, the Annual Financial Report and the new Articles of Incorporation (together with a marked-up version of the Company's Existing Articles of Incorporation) are also available to view on the Investment Manager's website at www.ruffer.co.uk/ric
