Paradigm Housing proposal to acquire almost 3,500 homes in South Buckinghamshire from L&Q
Paradigm Homes Charitable Housing Association Limited has announced its intention to acquire nearly 3,500 homes in South Buckinghamshire from L&Q.
The proposed acquisition accompanies the announcement today that Paradigm Housing Group and Settle Group are in discussions to formally explore a partnership. If both proposals go ahead, the new association will have 30,000 homes and be the largest across the Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire area.
The partnership will be subject to registration by the Financial Conduct Authority.
Paradigm is registered as a charitable community benefit society under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Society Act 2014 with registered number 28844R and as a registered provider with the Social Housing Regulator with registered number L4215.
The Issuer is registered as a charitable community benefit society under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Society Act 2014 with registered number 27789R and as a registered provider with the Social Housing Regulator with registered number LH4138.
Settle is registered as a charitable community benefit society under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Society Act 2014 with registered number 30003R and as a registered provider with the Social Housing Regulator with registered number L4370.
