Q3 Dividend Declaration

The PRS REIT, the closed-ended real estate investment trust that invests in high-quality, new build, family homes in the private rented sector, is pleased to declare an interim quarterly dividend of 1.1 pence per ordinary share in respect of the third quarter (January-March 2025) of its current financial year ending 30 June 2025.

One hundred per cent. (1.1 pence per share) of the dividend will be paid as a Property Income Distribution.  

The dividend will be payable on or around 6 June 2025, to shareholders on the register on 16 May 2025. The ex-dividend date will be 15 May 2025.
