CORDIANT DIGITAL INFRASTRUCTURE LIMITED

INVESTMENT MANAGER UPDATE

Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Limited (the "Company" or "CORD"), the operationally focused, specialist digital infrastructure investor, managed by Cordiant Capital Inc ("Cordiant Capital" or the "Investment Manager") announces that it has been notified by Cordiant Capital, that Benn Mikula, its co-managing partner, has stepped down in order to explore new opportunities.

Steven Marshall, co-founder and executive chairman of the Investment Manager's digital infrastructure team ("Cordiant Digital Infrastructure"), along with the other senior members of the team, including Jean-François Sauvé, co-managing partner and executive chairman of Cordiant Capital, continue to lead a strong sector specialist group that includes senior operational executives and private capital professionals with deep expertise in the sector.
