Block Listing of Shares
Raspberry Pi (LSE:RPI), a leader in high-performance, low-cost computing, announces that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA") and the London Stock Exchange (the "LSE") for a block listing of 13,580,092 ordinary shares of £0.0025 each in the capital of the Company ("Block Listing Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the main market of the LSE ("Admission").
These Block Listing Shares are being reserved under a block listing. When issued, the Block Listing Shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
The application is being made in respect of shares under the Raspberry Pi 2024 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP").

Those awarded on 11 June 2024 are as previously disclosed in the Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended 31 December 2024.
Admission of shares in respect of the first quarterly instalment of the wider workforce nominal cost options is expected to become effective at 8.00 am on 30 July 2025.
