Chief Financial Officer Recruitment Update
Newcastle Building Society is pleased to announce that Andrew Conroy has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, subject to regulatory approval, and is expected to take up the position during the first quarter of 2026. Interim arrangements will continue for the immediate future and the Society remains very appreciative for the ongoing contribution and support of Paul Astruc in that role.
Andrew Haigh, Newcastle Building Society's CEO commented: "We very much look forward to welcoming Andrew to the team in the New Year. Andrew will bring his extensive experience from across the sector including prior leadership and senior roles at Leeds, Coventry and West Bromwich Building Societies."
