Dividend Payment Information
As reported in the Interim Results for the half year ended 30 September 2025 released at 07.00 this morning, the Board has declared an interim dividend of 5.5 pence per share on CMC ordinary shares.
The interim dividend for the half year ended 30 September 2025 will be paid on 8 January 2026 to shareholders on the Register of Members at the close of business on the record date of 28 November 2025. Shareholders may elect to reinvest their dividend in the Dividend Reinvestment Plan ('DRIP'). The last date for receipt of DRIP elections and revocations will be 12 December 2025.
