REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES INTO TREASURY

The Company announces that it repurchased 40,021 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 1117.38 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction, the Company holds 111,898,057 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 169,735,853 The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
