This is to inform you that 259^th Meeting of the Board of Directors of UBL will be held on Wednesday 25 February 2026 at Islamabad at 10:00 a.m., inter-alia, to consider and approve the Annual Accounts of UBL for the year ended 31 December 2025, for declaration of any entitlement.

The Bank has declared the "Closed period" from 17 February 2026 to 25 February 2026 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulation. Accordingly, no Directors, CEO or Executive shall, directly/ indirectly, deal in the shares of UBL in any manner during the Closed Period.

You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
