(Update on Disclosed Matter) Notice of Change in the Specified Subsidiary
Mitsubishi Corporation (the "Company") announced in its notice dated December 22, 2025, titled "Notice of Change in the Specified Subsidiary," that the capital of Cermaq Holding AS, Cermaq Norway Holding AS, and CQ Canada Holding Ltd would each exceed one-tenth of the Company's capital, thereby qualifying them as specified subsidiaries of the Company.
However, upon further review of the investment structure, a portion of the amount initially scheduled to be recorded as capital was instead classified under other capital items. As a result, Cermaq Holding AS and Cermaq Norway Holding AS no longer meet the criteria for designation as specified subsidiaries of the Company.
This change will have no impact on the Company's business performance or financial position for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026.
