Voting Rights and Capital
Treatt's capital consists of 61,283,093 ordinary shares with voting rights. The number of shares held in treasury is currently 1,793,543, the number of shares within the Employee Benefit Trust and Treatt SIP Trust, is 454,418. Voting rights are waived on treasury shares and shares held within the Employee Benefit Trust and Treatt SIP Trust.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Treatt is 59,035,132.
The above figure (59,035,132) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, Treatt under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
