The Company announces that it agreed on 25 February 2026 to allot 220,000 ordinary shares at a price of 272.0p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility.  

 

These shares will be issued for cash on 27 February 2026, bringing the issued share capital and total voting rights at that date to 198,074,679.
