Changes in FTSE UK Index Series

Further to the FTSE Russell notice released on 28 January 2026 and following the court sanctioning the scheme of arrangement in relation to a change in holding company and transfer of listing category for Ashtead Group (UK, constituent), please see details of affected indexes and effective dates below:


Ashtead Group (UK, 0053673) will be deleted from the FTSE 100 index.


Tritax Big Box REIT (UK, BG49KP9) will be added to the FTSE 100 Index and deleted from the FTSE 250 Index.


Costain Group PLC (UK, B64NSP7) will be added to the FTSE 250 Index and deleted from the FTSE SmallCap Index.

 

All changes effective from 02 March 2026.
