In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1), the Company's total issued share capital as at 28 February 2026 consists of 62,186,694 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Shares"). The Company does not hold any Shares in treasury therefore, the total number of Shares carrying voting rights in the Company is 62,186,694.
The above figure of 62,186,694 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
