HgCapital Trust plc ("the Company") announces that, as at 28 February 2026, the total issued share capital of the Company consisted of 457,728,500 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each, of which 1,675,000 Ordinary Shares were held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 456,053,500.
The above figure (456,053,500) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, HgCapital Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
