In conformity with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company hereby notifies the market of the following:

 

As at 28th February 2026, the Company's issued share capital consists of 65,406,275 Ordinary 2.5 pence shares. The Company holds 12,618,085 Ordinary shares in Treasury.  

 

Therefore, as at 28th February 2026, the total number of voting rights for Ordinary shareholders in JPMorgan US Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc is 52,788,190.

 

The above figure (52,788,190) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
