The Company announces that it has been informed that Chris Grigg, Non-executive Chair, and his wife Fionna Grigg jointly purchased 17,901 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 in the Company (the "Shares") on 4 March 2026 at a price of 539.52 pence per Share. Following this transaction, Mr Grigg and his wife jointly hold an interest of 63,637 Shares, representing approximately 0.005% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding treasury shares).
