Director/PDMR Shareholding
Everyman Media Group plc (AIM: EMAN), the independent, premium cinema group, has been notified that Adam Kaye, Executive Director of the Company, and certain Persons Closely Associated ("PCAs"), purchased a total of 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 4 March 2026. The purchase price per Ordinary Share was 24.5p. Following the purchase, Adam Kaye and his PCAs own 7,449,956 Ordinary Shares, representing 8.17% per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
