Notice of Results and Investor Presentation

Nichols plc, the diversified soft drinks Group, will announce its Preliminary Results for the year ended 31 December 2025 on Wednesday 11th March 2026.

Andrew Milne, Chief Executive Officer, and Rebecca Hughes, Finance Director, will provide a live presentation via the Investor Meet Company platform at 2.30pm GMT on Thursday 12th March 2026.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
