Forgent plc ("Forgent" or the "Company"), the technology-led energy transition company, is pleased to announce a series of investor engagement events to provide shareholders with an opportunity to hear directly from management and to ask questions about the Company's strategy, operations and outlook.

The first event will be a live presentation via the Investor Meet Company platform on 25 March 2026 at 1:00 p.m. (UK time). The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders.
