BOARD CHANGE
Imperial Brands PLC announces that, after nearly seven years of Board service, Jon Stanton, Non-Executive Director, has decided to step down from the Board, effective from today.
Thérèse Esperdy, Chair of Imperial Brands, said "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Jon for his significant contribution and commitment to Imperial Brands over the past seven years. In particular, I want to recognise Jon's support and counsel during Imperial's strategy and leadership transitions and his excellent stewardship as former Chair of the Audit Committee."
This announcement is made in accordance with UKLR 6.4.6.
