Bank of Ireland Group plc ("BOIG") today announces that on Wednesday, 11 March 2026 it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares (the "shares") on Euronext Dublin, from BOIG's broker, J&E Davy ("Davy"). The shares purchased will be cancelled.
