NextEnergy Solar Fund, a leading specialist investor in solar energy and energy storage, has been notified of the following change to directorships in other publicly quoted companies held by Tony Quinlan.

 

In accordance with Listing Rule UKLR 6.4, the Company confirms that Tony Quinlan will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Harworth Group plc with effect from 1 June 2026.
