Acron’s Shareholders Approve Dividends

PJSC Acron summarised the results of the extraordinary general meeting held as absentee voting, which was closed on 25 February 2022. Shareholders passed a resolution to approve distribution of part of Acron’s retained earnings for previous years as proposed by the Board of Directors.

Acron will pay dividends on its outstanding ordinary shares at RUB 240 per share. The record date is 9 March 2022. The total amount allocated for dividends is RUB 8,822 million.

Background Information

Acron’s shares are traded on the Moscow Exchange and its global depositary receipts are traded at the London Stock Exchange (ticker AKRN). Acron employs over 11,000 people.
