Municipality Finance issues EUR 15 million notes and a EUR 500 million green benchmark under its MTN programme
On 17 May 2022 Municipality Finance Plc issues EUR 15 million notes and a EUR 500 million green benchmark. The notes are issued under MuniFin’s EUR 45 billion programme for the issuance of debt instruments. The offering circular and the final terms of the notes are available in English on the company's website at www.munifin.fi/investor-relations.
MuniFin has applied the notes to be admitted to trading on the Helsinki Stock Exchange maintained by Nasdaq Helsinki. The public trading is expected to commence on 17 May 2022.
EUR 15 million notes
The maturity date of the notes is 17 May 2034. MuniFin has a right, but no obligation, to redeem the notes early on 17 May 2024. The notes bear interest at a fixed rate of 2.483% per annum.
Crédit Agricole CIB acts as the Dealer for the issue of the notes.
EUR 500 million green benchmark
The maturity date of benchmark is 17 May 2029 and it bears interest at a fixed rate of 1.5% per annum.
BNP Paribas, Danske Bank A/S, NatWest Markets N.V. and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken act as the Joint Lead Managers for the issue of the benchmark.
