Landsbankinn hf.: Covered bond offering resultsSource: OMX
Today, Landsbankinn concluded a covered bond auction where two series were offered for sale.
In total, 22 bids were received in the auction for the total amount of ISK 2,920m.
A total of 7 bids for ISK 820m were received in the series LBANK CBI 24 at 2.43%-2.48% yield. Bids for the amount of ISK 480m were accepted at 2.45% yield. Following the tap issuance, the total amount issued in the series will be ISK 12,860m.
A total of 15 bids for ISK 2,100m were received in the series LBANK CBI 28 at 2.48%-2.53% yield. Bids for the amount of ISK 1,900m were accepted at 2.52% yield. Following the tap issuance, the total amount issued in the series will be ISK 24,780m.
The bonds are scheduled to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq Iceland on 20 March 2018. Arion banki, Islandsbanki and Kvika act as market makers for covered bonds issued by Landsbankinn.
