With the deposition system AIX 2800G4-TM, the ISO certified semiconductor company uses the market-leading reactor for high-volume manufacturing of optoelectronic and radio frequency (RF) devices, based on Gallium arsenide and Indium phosphide (GaAs/InP) semiconductors.
