U. S. Steel Issues 3rd Annual Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Report
The Report details several first-of-their-kind initiatives U. S. Steel launched in 2023, demonstrating the importance of DE&I to the company’s business strategy, including their first-ever, enterprise-wide, “Your Voice: One U. S. Steel” all-employee survey that solicited input, tracked sentiment, and provided a forum in which everyone’s voice could be heard. U. S.
