Release of an ad hoc announcement pursuant to Art. 53 LR. The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. Medartis announces that its CEO, Christoph Brönnimann, has decided to resign from his position and leave the company to pursue other opportunities. Christoph will continue to lead Medartis until a successor is onboarded. He will remain focused on the execution of the company’s strategy and committed to a smooth transition to the new leadership. The Board has initiated a search for his successor and will announce an appointment in due course.
<p><span><org value="Berne:1RU" idsrc="xmltag.org" >Medartis</org> Chairman, <person>Marco Gadola</person>, said: “Under Christoph’s leadership, <org value="Berne:1RU" idsrc="xmltag.org" >Medartis</org> has significantly accelerated its growth in its key markets, broadened the product portfolio and strengthened its standing with leading surgeons and hospitals worldwide. He has also expanded the capabilities of the organization and fostered an engaging culture, positioning the company for future success. This work will continue and growth remains our top priority.” </span></p>
