CHAPEL HILL, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 11, 2024-- Investors Title Company (Nasdaq: ITIC) announced today that the Company's Board of Directors declared a special cash dividend of $14.00 per share to shareholders of record on December 2, 2024, payable December 16, 2024. The special dividend will be funded through existing cash balances. The Board also declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.46 per share to shareholders of record December 2, 2024, payable on December 16, 2024.

Investors Title Company is a publicly held North Carolina company whose stock is traded on The Nasdaq Global Select Market.
