Fee related earnings (“FRE”)1 in Q3 2024 was a loss of$0.4 million in Q3 2024 compared to earnings of$0.2 million in Q3 2023 and net incentive fees1 was$0.5 million in Q3 2024 compared to$0.4 million in Q3 2023. -
Arena Institutional Services (“AIS”) EBITDA1 was
$0.6 million in Q3 2024 compared to$4.3 million in Q3 2023.Total Arena EBITDA1 for Q3 2024 was a loss of$2.7 million compared to earnings of$4.6 million in Q3 2023. Q3 2024 was impacted by costs incurred by Arena for the Proposed Transactions of$2.9 million . -
