Uniper SE: Uniper successfully closes the 2024 financial year with an Adjusted EBITDA of over EUR 2.6 billion and provides an outlook for the fiscal year 2025

Based on preliminary figures, Uniper expects an Adjusted EBITDA of EUR 2.612 billion for the financial year 2024 which is within the outlook of EUR 2.5 to 2.8 billion. The Adjusted Net Income comes in at EUR 1.601 billion which is also within the outlook of EUR 1.5 to 1.8 billion.

For the financial year 2025 Uniper expects an Adjusted EBITDA of EUR 0.9 to 1.3 billion and an Adjusted Net Income of EUR 250-550 million.

All published figures and statements are preliminary and unaudited. As announced, the detailed results for the financial year 2024 will be published on 25 February 2025.
