HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Apr. 29, 2025-- Magnolia Oil & Gas Corporation (NYSE: MGY) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share of Class A common stock, and a cash distribution of $0.15 per Class B unit, payable on June 2, 2025, to shareholders of record as of May 12, 2025. Magnolia has distributed cash dividends to its shareholders since 2021 and has consistently grown its dividend per share payout each year.
