Remotely Operated Ground Unit for Expeditionary Fires (ROGUE-Fires)
Oshkosh is highlighting two future-focused platforms: the Remotely Operated Ground Unit for Expeditionary Fires (ROGUE-Fires) and the Medium Tactical Vehicle Replacement (MTVR) 4x4 Technology Demonstrator, both on display at Booth #2307.
Designed to meet the demands of distributed maritime operations, ROGUE-Fires is an unmanned, payload-agnostic carrier that is purpose-built to support the USMC’s mission to seize and defend key maritime terrain. On display for the first time, ROGUE-Fires is configured with a flat rack for a combat service support mission—shifting from previously showcased lethality payloads like NMESIS and MFOM—to highlight its logistics capability and flexibility in contested environments. This configuration enables unmanned resupply, long-range fires support, and sustained operations across the littorals.
Also featured is the MTVR 4x4 Technology Demonstrator, equipped with Oshkosh’s high-voltage exportable power architecture. With the ability to deliver 30kW of exportable power and retrofittable upgrades to existing MTVR fleets, this demonstrator presents a practical, cost-effective path toward operational energy. Its electrification enhancements are purpose-built to reduce reliance on towed generators, extend capability at the tactical edge, and support expeditionary and off-grid operations—all while preserving the MTVR’s renowned all-terrain mobility.
“Oshkosh continues to deliver solutions that meet the operational realities of the Marine Corps—flexible, resilient, and built for the fight,” said
