AT&S Management Board proposes not to distribute a dividend for the financial year 2024/25

Leoben – The Management Board of AT&S decided today, subject to the approval of the Supervisory Board, to propose to the 31th Annual General Meeting on July 3, 2025 that no dividend be distributed for the financial year 2024/25 (PY: € 0.00 per share). Instead, the profit will be used to strengthen the balance sheet position.
The annual results for the financial year 2024/25 will be published on May 15, 2025 and the Annual Report on
June 5, 2025.
