VANCOUVER, BC , May 16, 2025 /CNW/ -Argenta Silver Corp. (TSXV: AGAG) (OTCQB: AGAGF) ("Argenta" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that, effective May 16, 2025, pursuant to the Company's stock option plan, an aggregate of 4,599,000 stock options (the "Options") have been granted to certain directors, officers, employees, and consultants of the Company. The Options are exercisable at a price of CAD$0.30 per common share for a period of five (5) years from the date of grant. The Options will vest over a three year period.

The grant of Options is subject to regulatory acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
