Lithium Americas Reports 2025 Annual and Special Meeting Results

VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jun. 12, 2025-- Lithium Americas Corp. (TSX: LAC) (NYSE: LAC) (“Lithium Americas” or the “Company”) announced the results from its annual and special meeting of shareholders held on June 11, 2025 (the “Meeting”). Each of the following eight nominees was elected as a director of the Company:
