Exchange Bank Promotes Lisa Ganame to Treasurer

SANTA ROSA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jun. 17, 2025-- Exchange Bank (OTC: EXSR) is proud to announce the promotion of Lisa Ganame to the role of Treasurer. In this expanded role, Ganame will focus on liquidity management, capital planning, and the Bank’s investing and financing activities. She will also continue to lead the Bank’s finance-related data analytics and budgeting functions.

Ganame joined Exchange Bank in September 2023 as Financial Planning and Analysis Officer, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in treasury and finance roles within the banking industry. Prior to joining Exchange Bank, she served as Executive Director in the Finance Transformation division at JPMorgan Chase, where she played a key role in leading strategic financial initiatives.

Ganame holds a Bachelor of Science in both Systems Engineering and Economics from the University of Virginia and earned her MBA from the University of California, Berkeley. She is on the Financial Review Committee for Impact 100 Sonoma and the Finance Committee of United Cerebral Palsy of the North Bay.
