Since joining Maplewood as Regional Director of Operations, Jenna has quickly made her mark as a visionary leader with a results-driven mindset and a deep understanding of the senior living sector.

With over 20 years of experience spanning operations, sales, and marketing, Jenna's impressive background includes serving as Chief Marketing Officer at SALMON Health & Retirement, where she led integrated strategies that elevated the organization to a 96% occupancy rate across multiple campuses. Her ability to synthesize analytics, team culture, and market trends into actionable growth plans positions her uniquely for this new role.

Most recently serving in executive leadership roles at Atria Senior Living, Sheridan has built a national reputation for elevating operational systems while preserving what matters most: the human connection at the heart of senior living. Since joining Maplewood in 2017 as the Memory Care Director at Maplewood at Cuyahoga Falls, Adena has been a driving force behind the company's dementia care philosophy—leading with empathy, innovation, and an unwavering dedication to those living with memory impairment.

In 2024, Adena was elevated to the role of Senior Memory Care Director, where she quickly became a trusted leader and educator across the organization, leading CEU courses for social workers and spearheading Maplewood's Dementia & Caregiver Education Series.
