OTI Greentech AG: Postponement of the publication of the consolidated and annual financial statements 2024 and Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2024
Berlin, June 30, 2025 - OTI Greentech AG (ISIN DE000A2TSL22), "), an international supplier of innovative and sustainable chemicals and services for industry listed on the Düsseldorf Stock Exchange, announces that the publication of the consolidated financial statements for the 2024 financial year has been postponed. The publication of the annual and consolidated financial statements for 2024 is scheduled for August 29, 2025. The Annual General Meeting for the 2024 financial year is scheduled to take place on October 10, 2025. The postponement of the dates is necessary as the financial statements of some subsidiaries are not yet complete. There are no operational reasons for the postponement.
