NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jul. 3, 2025-- Simplify Asset Management Inc. announces that the previously disclosed net asset value (NAV) per share of the Simplify Interest Rate Hedge ETF (NYSE Arca: PFIX) on July 1, 2025 has been restated effective July 3, 2025, as follows:

The NAV adjustment is a result of incorrect recording of a swaption trade.
