(Nasdaq: TTGT) (“Informa TechTarget” or the “Company”), a leading growth accelerator for the B2B Technology sector, announces that it has today received confirmation from Nasdaq that it has regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) regarding adherence to filing requirements following the filing of its Form 10-Q for the reporting period for the three months ended March 31, 2025 (“Q1 Report”).

Consistent with its previous statement on July 1, 2025, and the filing of its Q1 Report on July 14, 2025, the Company has now completed all due filings to date. It plans and expects to make all future filings within regulatory timeframes, including continuing to target release of its second quarter financial results on or before August 14, 2025.
