Schwaig near Nuremberg/Hof, July 16, 2025 – The CFO of
ERWO Holding AG (“ERWO Holding”) and
Hoftex Group AG (“Hoftex Group”), Daniel Köster, has requested the Supervisory Board to approve the early termination of his contract. The Supervisory Board complied with this request. Daniel Köster is leaving the Management Board of both companies on the best of terms with immediate effect and remain available in an advisory role until the end of the year. His responsibilities will be taken over by CEO
Manuela Spörl on an interim basis. A structured search process has been initiated to fill the position of Chief Financial Officer.
During his time as a member of the Executive Board of
ERWO Holding and the
Hoftex Group, Daniel Köster played a key role in further developing the finance division and successfully drove forward and implemented important measures and projects, including, in particular, securing a follow-up financing for
Hoftex Group.
