Second Quarter 2025 Financial Highlights

Second Quarter 2025 Operational Highlights
Wholesale IDC Business
- Capacity in service was 674MW as of
June 30, 2025 , compared with 573MW as ofMarch 31, 2025 , and 332MW as ofJune 30, 2024 . Capacity under construction was 326MW as ofJune 30, 2025 . - Capacity utilized by customers reached 511MW as of
June 30, 2025 , compared with 437MW as ofMarch 31, 2025 , and 252MW as ofJune 30, 2024 . The sequential increase during the second quarter of 2025 was 74MW, which was mainly contributed by the N-OR Campus 01 and E-JS Campus 03 data centers. - Utilization rate[3] of wholesale capacity was 75.9% as of
June 30, 2025 , compared with 76.2% as ofMarch 31, 2025 , and 75.9% as ofJune 30, 2024 .
