Financial highlights for the Company's continuing operations during the three months ended
- Net Revenue was
$17.68 million for the three months endedJune 30, 2025 , representing an increase of 176% compared to Net Revenue of$6.39 million during the three months endedJune 30, 2024 , driven by a 328% increase in retail net revenue and a 281% increase in DTC net revenue. - Gross Revenue was
$24.88 million for the three months endedJune 30, 2025 , an increase of 298% compared to$6.24 million for the comparable period in 2024. - Gross Profit was
$3.95 million for the three months endedJune 30, 2025 , an increase of 35% as compared to Gross Profit of$2.91 million for the three months endedJune 30, 2024 . Gross Margin Percentage1 was 22% for the three months endedJune 30, 2025 , compared to 46% for the comparable period in 2024. The decline in Gross Margin Percentage was due to investments we have made at retail to drive consumer trial and awareness. - Operating costs were

$2.62 million in Q2 2025, an increase of 328% as compared to$0.61 million in Q2 2024. - Direct-to-consumer (DTC) net revenue was

Launch of TRUBAR™ Kids Line:

August 5, 2025 , the Company introduced its TRUBAR™ Kids snack bar line at Sprouts Farmers Market, marking the brand's entry into the kids snack bar category. The allergy-friendly bars feature one of the highest fiber and protein content among leading kids' bars and are now available across 400 Sprouts locations in 24 states, with plans to expand to Amazon,Walmart.com , Hy-Vee, and trubar.com later in mid to late September.

2. Non-IFRS Measures - EBITDA and Adjusted EBITDA
EBITDA and Adjusted EBITDA are non-IFRS measures used by management that are not defined by IFRS.
