To qualify for the first credit:
- You must have an active residential electricity account as of
June 1, 2025 . - You must have recorded electricity usage between
April 1, 2024 , andMarch 31, 2025 . - Your account must still be active when the credit is applied.
No Action Needed
Eligible customers will automatically receive the credit – there's no need to sign up or apply. If you'd like to help others in need, Potomac Edison encourages donations to local energy assistance programs, which are listed online.
