Schwab IMPACT® 2025: Thirty-Five Years of Independence, Big Ideas, and Community

Independent advisors’ premier event returns to Denver—bringing education, inspiration, and a celebration of independence

WESTLAKE, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sep. 4, 2025-- Schwab Advisor Services™ is back in Denver, Colorado for its 35th annual IMPACT® conference, bringing together thousands of independent registered investment advisors (RIAs) for three days of education, connection and celebration. IMPACT ®, the nation’s largest and longest-running gathering of independent advisors, will showcase the strength, growth and future of the RIA profession against the backdrop of the Mile High City.

Education, Inspiration and Connection

IMPACT® 2025 will feature a robust program designed to advance firms and inspire leaders. Over two and a half days, attendees will:

  • Hear from headline keynote speakers, including Kasley Killam, social health expert and author; Simon Sinek, renowned leadership thinker and author; Greg McKeown, New York Times bestselling author; and Will Guidara, entrepreneur, restaurateur and author.
  • Gain insights from Schwab leadership, with remarks from Jon Beatty and Charles Schwab President and CEO Rick Wurster.
  • Hear from Schwab market experts Chief Fixed Income Strategist Kathy Jones, Chief Investment Strategist Liz Ann Sonders, Senior Investment Strategist Kevin Gordon, and Michael Townsend, Managing Director of Legislative and Regulatory Affairs.
  • Engage with the next generation of RIAs, with students and faculty from colleges and universities nationwide participating in a dedicated Student Union to engage with advisors, attend sessions, and share their perspectives on the future of the profession.
  • Get a first look at what’s next from Schwab, including the latest news on Enterprise Solutions, expanded insights into how advisors are using AI (backed by new data), and updates across the wealth solutions portfolio.
